All of our graduate programs are fully accredited, offered online and evenings, and are guided by specific academic outcomes. Our instructors are accomplished professionals in the subject areas in which they teach and industry advisory boards provide input to help guide the direction of our programs. All of this ensures that students receive a degree that can be used right away with the most up−to−date best practices, and prepares graduates for future developments in their industry.
University College offers working adults who have at least one year of transferrable college credit the ability to finish their degree and earn a bachelor of arts degree evenings or online. We believe that earning a bachelor's degree should be a life changing experience. That's why we meet students where they are in their lives now, not where they were when they started their degrees years ago. Instead of asking students to repeat introductory first−year subjects, we present courses that are more challenging and appropriate for experiences as working adults.
At University College, we believe that education is truly a lifelong process and that the key to a dynamic and healthy community is actively engaged members of that community. That's why we are proud to offer non−credit educational experiences through our graduate programs, which give community members the opportunity to stay engaged in an active discussion on topics from history and contemporary issues to science, literature and the arts, and much more−without the pressures of exams, grades, or admission requirements. Those who wish to take graduate level classes at University College without credit are welcome to do so.

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI)
A membership program designed for men and women age 50 and "better" who wish to pursue lifelong learning in the company of like−minded peers, OLLI offers non−credit courses. Modern Languages: University College's Modern Languages program can give you what you need to communicate in another language, increase professional opportunities, become a more knowledgeable traveler, and gain an entrée into another culture−all in a relaxed setting with other adults. Modern Language courses may be taken as non−credit classes.
The mission of University College is to provide access to education at the University of Denver through courses that explore engaging and timely subjects, employ convenient formats, and are offered at affordable cost. Drawing on the expertise and workplace experience of thoughtfully selected faculty, and using evening and online formats, University College provides its diverse community of students with choices among bachelor's completion, master's degree programs, and graduate certificates to promote professional advancement, as well as credit and non-credit courses of general interest for continuing personal growth and development.
