This course challenges participants to research changes related to the use of technologies in various fields, analyze and develop their own preparedness for the future, practice environmental scanning, use various online tools and strategies for learning management and communication, facilitation, and performance support. Participants can expect to engage in active-learning strategies including the use of online tools, webliography development, case-based learning, directed discussion, and learner presentations.
