Building DU: An Architectural Survey
The University Park Campus we enjoy today is the result of evolving visions, collaborative design direction and resourceful leadership. From its original 36 acres to its current 130 acres, the University of Denver’s growth has been the result of numerous campaigns to create a new image. Touching upon eight of these previous architectural visions and their planning precepts, University Architect Mark Rodgers takes a comprehensive look at the developments of the last two decades and the current considerations for the future.

Mark Rodgers was appointed the University Architect for DU in 1999. Following Cabell Childress and Chancellor Ritchie’s established direction, Mark is responsible for the design and programming of the construction projects at the University.
