Three University College programs were recognized at the HR.com 2017 LEAD Awards, which were held on February 8 in Nashville, TN. The Bachelor of Arts Completion Program with a focus in Leadership and Organization Studies ranked third, and the graduate program in Leadership and Organizations ranked fourth in the Degree Program with Emphasis on Leadership Development and Organizational Development category. The graduate program in Strategic Human Resources ranked fifth in the Master’s Program with Emphasis on HR category.
“We are thrilled that all the hard work done by faculty and staff to deliver a high-quality, valuable leadership program has been recognized by this award,” said Pat Greer, academic director for the Leadership and Organizations program. “We value and appreciate the accomplishments and learning done by our students and graduates of the program.”
HR.com and Leadership Excellence revealed the exact ranked order of top winners at the 2017 LEAD event. For more than 34 years, Leadership Excellence has identified and recognized the top organizations that develop their leaders.
