Dynamic Presentation and Training Methods

The evolution and increasing presence of technology in the workplace has changed the way we conduct meetings, present information, and facilitate in-person and virtual group conversations. In this course, students hone their presentation and facilitation skills by assessing their audience, purpose, and the desired outcomes of the engagement. Students practice using appropriate and memorable visual aids in order to maximize audience and/or participant engagement. Students employ communication strategies to improve openness and receptivity to information and ideas. Whether facilitating high-level face-to-face meetings, conducting virtual interactions, or presenting to groups, students will gain the skills and confidence needed for effective communication across varied delivery methods.
