Mobile Marketing

Mobile is global! We are living in an unprecedented time where people all around the world have access to mobile devices. These devices bring the world to the palm of our hands, and we can do almost anything with them. Often a user’s first experience with a product or service will be on a mobile device rather than a desktop computer, so we must shift our mindset to a mobile-first mentality. The fast-paced, ever-changing field of mobile marketing has created exciting opportunities for brands to meet customers where they are and approach them with the right strategy. Mobile marketing continues to grow and evolve, so the focus of this course is to provide an expansive grasp of the tools and tactics used to develop and implement a multi-channel mobile marketing strategy. Through discussion, research, and practical experience, students will learn how to maximize mobile to have the greatest impact within their overall marketing plan.
