HR Analytics and Research

This course reviews of HR metrics, quantitative techniques, and analysis. Students will examine HR research and consider a process to develop practical questions for HR use. Quantitative skills for modeling, spreadsheet analysis, process mapping, and workforce management reporting are developed. Human resource information systems (HRIS) and their role in supporting strategic decision making are examined and evaluated. Recommended Prerequisite: HRA-4240
