Human-Centered Organizations

This course aims to explore how designing a workplace that centers on employee experience—grounded in human needs and motivations—not only fosters a more employee-focused organization but also drives positive business outcomes. We will explore what people seek from their employment relationship as well as the role of HR professionals in designing and managing programs that address the combined needs of the employees and the organization. We will emphasize systems that play an integral role in creating workplaces that motivate employees while benefiting organizational performance.
