The Inclusive Organization

Employees are coming into organizations with differences in race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, ability, and other aspects of diversity. How can organizations create a culture of respect, involvement, and positive outcomes for employers, employees, and other stakeholders with individual differences and group affiliations? Students will create opportunities in their organizations through building a strong business case to increase diversity and inclusion.
