ORL 4120 - Team Interventions
This course explores the organizational development theory and practice of a team intervention process by examining the roles of the internal or external consultant, type of organization, and the depth and breadth of the organizational change affecting the team strategy and intervention. A successful team intervention consultant needs to understand team intervention theory, be familiar with the wide array of intervention tools and resources, and have the essential group process skills to design and facilitate a team intervention.
