ORL 4120 - Team Interventions

This course explores the theory and practice of working with and leading teams. When people think about the characteristics of great leaders and team players, invariably they are described more in terms of their soft skills--i.e., communication skills, and giving and receiving feedback effectively--rather than their technical abilities. Therefore, in addition to introducing team process skills and facilitation techniques, this course also focuses on developing the crucial communication skills that will benefit all leaders and team members, both personally and professionally.
