Leading Change for Transformation
In the 21st Century, change is a constant in organizations that want to remain competitive. At the heart of organizational change is the people of the organization who must continuously adapt their ways of thinking/doing to help the organization to adapt and transform. This course prepares students to become leaders of change in their organizations through an exploration of change theory as well as the tools, models, and techniques for facilitating organizational change. Students will also learn how to enable and inspire other individuals in organizations to create change.
