Vanita Bellen (MS in Health Science, University of Toronto) has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, healthcare management, and organizational development, she blends neuroscience, systems theory, change principles, and world-class leadership theory and practices to expertly develop learning and development solutions. Vanita’s mission is to enable people, teams, and organizations to shape the future that they desire, revealing their own True North; that unwavering calibration point that guides our development journey. As a leadership coach and thought partner, she supports her clients in seeing a new direction that positively transforms the effectiveness of people and processes.
Vanita is a graduate of the Newfield Network coach training program with a Professional designation in coaching, a Neuro-Linguistic Program (NLP) practitioner and a certified mediator. She is an administrator for the Meyers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), certified in the full suite of 360-degree tools from the Center for Creative Leadership and an administrator for the Align to Thrive Culture Assessment. Vanita is skilled in action learning and trained in the Accelerated Implementation Methodology (AIM) process for leading change. She holds a certificate in Positive Psychology, and she is currently studying the neuroscience of leadership. She is a published author and experienced presenter.
