Bio

AD Al-Ghourabi has over 15 years of experience in web, mobile, collaboration, and digital marketing and strategy. Recognized as a seasoned business and technology leader, he has championed several innovative and digital transformation solutions that drive operational excellence and increase transactional revenue.

AD is currently a Global Vice President with Dayforce, a leader in Human Capital Management software. He was recently an executive with S&P Global, a Fortune 500 company. He has led large global digital and operational teams for products and services in financial services, automotive, energy, and retail. He’s had leadership roles in digital strategy and transformation, service operations, mergers and acquisitions, product development and management, user experience and design, software development, IT, and service management. In 2019, AD received a Chairman Award from IHS Markit. Between 2020 and 2022, he successfully led the service operations integrations effort for the $44 billion merger between S&P Global and IHS Markit. His areas of focus and interests are digital marketing and strategy, market research, collaboration, web content management systems, UI/UX, social computing, mobile computing, and researching emerging technologies. 

Education

AD holds an Executive MBA from the University of Denver (Honors), an M.S. in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
