Angela Heyroth has over 20 years of experience in talent management as an HR executive at several Fortune 500 corporations. Her background includes success designing and implementing strategies for attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent, as well as creating a positive and productive employee experience. Angela is currently an external consultant, coming alongside HR and talent leaders to advise on and shape their talent strategy and talent programs to align with their vision and values.
In her teaching on topics such as performance management, employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership, she aims to help her students understand the value of talent management for organizational success and apply the best practices in their own careers.
Angela holds an MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, a B.S. in HR Management from Colorado State University, and several industry certifications.
