Within the private sector, Charity’s adeptness in product development and her emphasis on fostering cohesive teams were the cornerstones of her success. Her career in higher education encompasses various leadership roles, including serving as an associate professor, assistant dean, executive assistant to a university president, and executive assistant to a superintendent. She coordinated with policymakers, community leaders, and internal stakeholders in these influential capacities, ensuring seamless institutional operations encompassing budgeting, finance, human resources, and facilities management.

Charity’s professional journey extended to the private sector, where her tenure in client services was marked by negotiating and executing large-scale statewide assessment contracts. Her responsibilities encompassed collaborations with internal teams to guarantee the delivery of top-notch products aligned meticulously with clients’ expectations.
