Bio

Howard Fish is the Senior Director, Developer & Tools at Visa. He has more than 30 years of experience within technology and product sectors of the payments, healthcare, e-commerce, digital, restaurant, legal and telecommunications industries.

Professional Experience

Howard joined Visa to drive ideation conception, business plan development, research and validation of ideas and implementation of new platform programs and features that support the Visa digital/mobile/iOT/AI offerings in local and regional markets. He is also leading the development, commercialization, operations, on-boarding, and support work streams for the Visa developer tools and Enterprise Workbench platform product offerings.

Prior to Visa, Howard worked as EVP/CIO for onTargetjobs, and Vice President and General Manager of Global eCommerce Technology Products at First Data Corp. In addition, Howard is a co-founder of For a Better Tomorrow, which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focusing on improving the educational environments for children in Central and South America. He is a certified Project Manager, Product Manager, and holds a Six Sigma Blackbelt.

Education

Howard holds an M.S. in Technology Management from the University of Denver, as well as B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration from Mayville State University.
