Keith Hay

Keith Hay (M.A. in Philosophy, University of California, Santa Barbra) is currently an Advisor at the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC). Keith works closely with the commissioners on a range of renewable energy issues including financing and rate recovery. He has helped coordinate a scenario planning process investigating the future of utility business models and regulation and co-led a docket investigating issues in the integration of electric vehicles onto the grid. Prior to working at the PUC, he worked in legislative and regulatory arenas.
