Bio

Eric Savickas (M.S.A, Central Michigan University) is the Founder and President of Convergent Impact, a leadership development consulting practice designed to deliver practical lessons learned and combat-tested leadership experience to corporate managers. He is a retired military officer who has led and trained thousands of Soldiers over 22 years of service. Eric’s approach blends teaching and training with positive coaching. He uses assessment tools to drive awareness and he facilitates self-discovery to foster long-term development for leaders to reach their full potential.
