Sarah Gleason

Bio

Since 2005, Sarah Gleason (M.Ed., University of Minnesota) has been working as a consultant specializing in leadership, equity, inclusion, and social change in her home state of Minnesota. Sarah's previous experience includes managing training programs in Africa; serving as a program director with an operating foundation; training AmeriCorps staff and members across the U.S.; and teaching at the University of Minnesota. Sarah was the lead author of Crossing Borders, Sharing Journeys: Effective Capacity Building With Immigrant And Refugee Groups. She serves on the board of ISAIAH, a social justice nonprofit, and of Faith in Minnesota, a 501(c)4 organization.
