Jillian Clough (MBA and MA in Arts Management, Southern Methodist University) is an experienced arts manager who is passionate about using data to drive mission. Most recently, Jillian was a consulting analyst for TRG Arts, a leading consulting firm servicing nonprofit arts organizations in North America and the UK. Her work focused on using data insights to drive results in the areas of ticket pricing, marketing, customer loyalty and fundraising. Previously, Jillian worked at the North Texas Business Council for the Arts and the Dallas Museum of Art. Jillian has an MBA and MA in Arts Management from Southern Methodist University, and BAs in Art History and Business Administration from Furman University.
