Allison Kvien

Allison Kvien (J.D, concentration in Environmental & Energy Law, University of Minnesota) is an environmental public interest attorney with experience across a wide range of environmental laws. Allison's primary expertise is the Clean Air Act; she is passionate about environmental justice. Allison is an Assistant Attorney General with the Colorado AG's Office where she represents CDPHE's Air Pollution Control Division. Before that, she worked for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, analyzing environmental law as applied to renewable technologies. Allison has served as counsel for Wyoming DEQ's Air Quality Division and started her career as a Litigation Fellow with Earthjustice.
