Masters of Science in Decision and Information Systems from Arizona State University and a Masters of Education in Learning Technologies from ASU. Mark also holds three industry security certifications, the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certificate from ISACA, and the Certified Software Security Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certificate. Mark has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology with experience in roles as programmer, systems designer, consultant, instructor, and IT Security professional.
Mark is an Information Security Manager for PayPal Inc (an eBay company) in Scottsdale Arizona. Mark represents his company as the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS/ISAC) Site Coordinator and chairs the Education Committee of the FS-ISAC. Mark is also a founding member of the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC) Research and Development committee, and is a member of the FSSCC Cybersecurity Committee.
