Bio
Donald L. Anderson (Ph.D., University of Colorado) teaches in the Leadership and Organizations program. He is a practicing organization development consultant and has consulted internally and externally with a wide variety of organizations, including Fortune 500 corporations, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions. He has written several books and numerous articles, including the texts Organization Development (4th ed., Sage Publications, 2017), Organization Design (Sage Publications, 2018), and Cases and Exercises in Organization Development & Change (editor; 2nd ed., Sage Publications, 2017).
