Molly Smith

Molly Smith (Ph.D. & M.B.A., University of Denver, M.Ed., Colorado State University) has a passion for education and teaching and enjoys her work as the Academic Director for the Organizational Leadership and Strategic Human Resources Programs at University College. Molly has taught at University College and Johnson & Wales University, worked with the U.S. Geological Survey’s Leadership Development Program, facilitated for a national collegiate leadership training company, and worked as an internal People Development Consultant at Chipotle Mexican Grill. She also has experience in the nonprofit sector, having served as the Scholarship Program Coordinator at the Boettcher Foundation.
