Mable Jenkins is an accomplished, multi-lingual Human Resources Executive with over 30 years experience in Global Human Resources. She specializes in working globally with Fortune 100 companies in the area of implementing strategic Human Resources initiatives across all facets of human resources. She is recognized for her ability to build high performance HR teams across multiple world geographies.
She has a wide-ranging portfolio of international experience in the area of organizational optimization and re-design, cost reduction, integrating mergers/acquisitions and developing and managing HR teams across multiple cultures. She looks forward to bringing this experience and knowledge to the classroom.
Mable's career includes senior HR management roles with BP, Apple Computer, Cisco Systems, Philips and Monsanto. She has worked nearly 20 years in overseas assignments based in Paris, Amsterdam, Geneva and London. In her last assignment, she was Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition for seven world regions including China, Brazil, India and Europe.
This is Mable's first academic teaching experience. She looks forward to engaging her students and bringing to life the knowledge and skills gained working abroad in international human resources. Mable holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Southern Illinois University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Pepperdine University.
