Rob has more than 20 years of experience in information technology and information security on security reviews, operations, remediation, compliance, strategy, and architecture development. He started his career with the United States Air Force with assignments at the Pentagon and the National Security Agency. Prior to launching his current consulting practice, he served as a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, a Managing Director with a national security services provider, and as the Chief Information Security Officer for the University of Denver. Rob is currently a Business Advisory Services Partner for RubinBrown LLP, leading the Cyber Security services team. Rob is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Rob enjoys sharing his insights and experience with students as they progress from learning new subjects to practical application.
