Donna DuLong

Donna DuLong (MS in Nursing Leadership, University of Colorado) is a Senior Consultant for Care Optimization team at SCIO Health Analytics, where she is responsible for building relationships and expanding the use and delivery of analytics and technology solutions related to population health, risk analysis, and value and outcomes reporting. She has more than 25 years of informatics experience in providing health IT solutions designed to promote patient-focused care, workforce development, and the effective use of data to advance healthcare outcomes through technology-enabled transformation across the healthcare industry.

Her expertise comes from working with numerous HIT vendors, provider organizations and academic programs including the Office of the National Coordinator’s university-based workforce development grant. Donna is a very active member of national and regional HIT professional organizations, serving on numerous committees as well as their Board of Directors, thus uniquely able to draw on a wide range of experiences from her nursing background to her professional informatics expertise to engage student learners.
