Michelle Stewart
Michelle O. Stewart (Ph.D. in Geography, University of Colorado Boulder) has over ten years of interdisciplinary research and teaching experience. Stewart specializes in environmental politics, the social studies of science, and natural resource governance. With support from several NSF grants and IIE Fulbright, she has been conducting interdisciplinary field research on caterpillar fungus production and governance in Tibetan regions of China since 2007. Her work has been featured in National Geographic News and Voice of America.
