David Johnson


David P. Johnson (B.S in Computer Science, Slippery Rock University) is a seasoned, results-driven senior executive with a record of success in software engineering, software product development, cloud engineering and operations. He has two decades of experience developing and managing cloud-based omnichannel and contact center solutions with Siebel, Oracle, TTEC, and several startups. David is currently leading the development efforts of several contact-center related products focused on agent-assisted AI, operational insight, "single pane of glass" administration, and journey orchestration. He is married with one son and living in southern Colorado.
