Tonya Dalhaus (M.P.S. University of Denver) is an experienced manager, speaker, facilitator, and coach. A former stand-up comedian, Tonya’s work in Boston as Program Manager for a homeless shelter, serving over 150 families, has made her well acquainted with managing conflict and communication with a little humor. Tonya is an expert at both verbal and non-verbal communication. She holds a Micro Expression Practitioner’s Certification through the Center for Body Language, and has presented on the topic to organizations including the Colorado Bar Associations Statewide ADR conference, and the Rocky Mountain Labor and Employee Relations Association.
