Tatum Hayes Perez completed her B.S. in Microbiology at the University of South Florida and her M.S. in Organizational Psychology at Walden University. She has certificates in Project Management and Human Resources from Syracuse University and is currently finishing a dual J.D. and LL.M program at Sturm College of Law, where she is a Tillman Scholar. Additionally, Tatum owns a consulting business and serves as the Director of Operations and Finance for a non-profit foundation. Tatum’s areas of professional research include housing equality, protections for animals, felony murder reform, and contract law issues in a post-pandemic society. She brings this diverse experience and education to the table as an instructor in the Strategic Human Resources, Organizational Leadership and Arts and Culture Management programs.
