Paul Warbington

Paul Warbington (MS Engineering, University of California-Berkeley) retired after 44 years of Environmental Consulting, and Construction Project Management. Paul is now joining the Environmental Policy and Management program. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in six states and held positions as Project Manager, Program Manager, Vice President, and President in large, multi-national engineering firms. Throughout these roles his responsibilities have included profit and loss maintenance, personnel management, risk identification and mitigation strategy development, strategic planning involvement, and general corporate guidance responsibilities.
