Julie Joly
Julie Lurman Joly (MES in Environmental Policy and Management, Yale University) is as a researcher for Global Energy Monitor, focusing on identifying and analyzing fossil fuel infrastructure development worldwide. Formerly the Associate Professor of Environmental and Natural Resources Law and Policy at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Julie focused on land and resource management issues. In addition to her MES from Yale University’s School of the Environment, she has also earned a law degree from Georgetown University. Julie’s research has been published in several academic journals and she joins the academic team at the Environmental Policy Management program as an instructor.
