Chad Eckles

Bio

Chad Eckles (M.S., Regis University) currently leads the development and strategy for a large-scale cloud service program where he builds security policies, technical architectures and provides advisory services on security best practices. He has been teaching at DU since 2021 and has previously taught at Colorado Technical University, specializing in computer science and cybersecurity studies. He has over 15+ years of technical and leadership experience in the cybersecurity industry and the Department of Defense (DoD), supporting a diverse portfolio of high-visibility projects. In addition, Chad currently serves as a Cryptologic Warfare Officer within the Navy Reserves, where he helps lead Sailors across a variety of cyberspace and signals intelligence mission sets.
