Scott McLean (Masters in Communication, Washington State University) is the author of Effective Business Communication, 3rd Edition (2021). He’s been involved with the internet startup company Flat World Knowledge, has published with Pearson, served as a subject matter expert for EBSCO and on the Small Business Innovation Research Panel (SBIR) for the National Institutes of Health, and as the lead faculty member on an online entrepreneurship certificate program in Spanish with Universidad Andres Bello, Santiago de Chile.
