Noel Ludwig

Noel Ludwig (Ph.D. in Physical Geography, University of Hawaii at Manoa) has worked for state and federal agencies for 26 years in Hawaii, California, Washington, and Colorado managing the technical and project management components of projects under the National Environmental Policy Act and related laws and legal mandates. In addition to his Ph.D., Noel also earned a BS/BA in Geology and English from the University of Colorado Boulder, and an MS in Geology from the University of Hawaii Manoa. He is currently employed at the U.S. Forest Service Regional Office in Lakewood, CO as a hydrologist and NEPA project manager on the USFS Mountain Resort Team dealing with projects at ski areas throughout the Rockies.
