Bio

Mohammad Abu Matar is a software engineering academic and practitioner with over 25 years of technical experience in teaching, research, management, architecture, systems engineering, training, software design, and development.

Professional Background

Mohammad has extensive industry experience, having worked with prominent companies such as LexisNexis, IBM Global Services, and NobleProg. He has also served as a senior researcher at Khalifa University, a consulting dean at the Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair School of Advanced Computing, and an associate professor and director of the Master in Software Engineering Program at Regis University.

Education

Mohammad holds an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Software Engineering from George Mason University, and an M.S. in Information Technology from Regis University.
