She is certified as an Institutional Review Board Professional, Clinical Research Professional, and Blockchain Professional. Charles serves as Chief Scientific Officer for BurstIQ, a health technology company that provides multi-dimensional data networks. She also serves on several international committees that advise governments and industries about standards and regulatory interpretations.
