Carla Elam-Floyd


Carla Elam-Floyd (M.B.A., University of Phoenix) is a human resources executive and organization analyst. She began her career as an Internal Auditor and has earned certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner. She founded Elam Floyd & Associates, a consulting firm that assists organizations to align people management practices with strategic directions. She is the Executive Director of The Funk Music Hall of Fame & Exhibition Center, a board member for the Denver Health Medical Plan, and a founding member of Denver's Opening Act – an organization that instills leadership skills in young African American girls through the performing arts.
