Bio

Amanda Kite (Master of Science in Human Resources Development, University of Houston) is as a world-class organizational development expert, career coach and DEI advocate. As an adjunct faculty for the Organizational Leadership program and with more than 22 years of corporate HR experience, she can provide key insights from real-world scenarios. She will be able to drive deeper conversations around organizational development by having led significant change initiatives in small, large, and complex, global businesses. This includes examples around surrounding people development, talent processes, organizational effectiveness, performance management, mergers & acquisitions, and DEI initiatives.
