Kimberly Walker
Bio
Kim Walker has served as a senior executive for years in issues related to inclusion, equity and belonging in nonprofit organizations focused on gender-based violence and global health, among other issue areas. In these roles, she has developed strategy and vision statements as well as operationalized these concepts through accountability metrics, updated organizational policies and inclusive participation processes.
Education
Kim earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Change from Antioch University, a Master’s in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University, an M.A. in Urban Planning from UCLA and a B.A. in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from William & Mary.
