Leon Satchell is an Army Officer who has served for over twenty years. He brings a wealth of Department of Defense leadership expertise and a profound grasp of organizational change in practice and theory. Education
Leon received his Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University. Before completing his doctorate, he received his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University, an M.A. in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University, and an M.S. in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University.
Professional Background
Leon has deployed over 48 months in his military career to support combat and contingency operations. He has also held critical leadership positions throughout his military career, including positions at the Pentagon. His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, and Army Achievement Medal.
