Ty Bereskie
Bio
Ty Bereskie is the Deputy Director of Water Resources at the City of Greeley, Colorado. In this role, he leads the city’s Conservation, High Mountain Reservoir Operations, Non-potable System Operations, Water Resource Operations and Water Resource Planning groups. Ty manages 25+ technical staff members and is responsible for a $10M+ annual operating budget and $90M+ 10-year water resources capital improvement project portfolio. Before joining Greeley, Ty spent 5 years at Denver Water, leading the utility’s One Water and non-potable strategic planning efforts.
Education
Ty has an MBA from the University of Illinois, an M.S. in Environmental Science Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from the University of Vermont. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) and serves on the Englewood, Colorado, Water and Sewer Board.
