Bio
Rich Lesser carries more than 40 years of industry experience in multiple environmental sub-disciplines. Currently, he combines experience in unknown material characterizations and site characterizations under multiple regulatory umbrellas, including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Toxic Substances Control Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act and Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know reporting at both the federal and state levels. He has integrated several of these laws at radiologically impacted sites. Rich has provided expert witness support, inputted on regulatory rulemakings and negotiated unique and precedent-setting environmental cleanup plans in several states. He brings credibility and expertise to questions of environmental law and regulation and environmental project management.

Rich earned an MBA from the University of Denver.
