Cindy Cragg
Bio
Cindy Cragg has over 20 years of experience in the communications field with a focus on digital strategy, optimization and analytics. During her marketing career, Cindy worked with numerous start-ups, large and small non-profits and spent time as the national spokesperson for a large non-profit with appearances in major media markets (D.C, NY, Atlanta, Chicago) as well as Martha Stewart Radio, HGTV and HSN.
After turning her career to academia, Cindy pursued a Doctor of Education degree. Her doctoral work focused on the inter-relationship between data use and organizational culture. As an instructor, Dr. Cragg brings a high level of real-life experience and practical application to her work with University College students. She is the Academic Director of the Communication Management program and the Instructional Design & Technology program at University College and, as a faculty, has been teaching with the program since 2015.
Education
Cindy earned a BA in Interpersonal and Public Communication from Northern Illinois University, an MPS in Organizational and Professional Communication from the University of Denver and an Ed. D in Higher Education from the University of Denver.
