Olga Gradushy is a savvy Human Resources Expert with 17+ years of progressive experience in global and multi-state organizations within professional services, financial, technology, and customer experience industries. Olga has a deep understanding of how Human Resources can add value to organizations in today’s demanding and dynamic business situations. Olga brings data to her Human Resources advisory to drive collaboration with leaders and to impact employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and, therefore, top-line growth.

Education

Olga earned her Bachelor in Business Administration degree from a university in Ukraine (Donetsk State Technical University) and her Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources from the University of Denver.

Professional Background

Olga currently serves as one of the Directors of Human Resources for a global company called TTEC supporting Go to Market and Consulting teams. In her role, Olga partners with senior and executive leaders to solve business challenges through people solutions, organizational design, talent and leadership strategies, and engagement, resulting in a positive impact on the organization that she supports. Until recently, Olga was an active member-volunteer with the Colorado Chapter of SHRM (CHRM), contributing to building educational resources for our local HR talent to enhance their professional skills and business thinking.

Motivation for Teaching

Olga has a passion for partnership between the human resources (People & Culture) team and business leaders to drive necessary results through people solutions. She seeks to develop the next generation of business-minded Human Resources Business Partners. Olga has numerous examples that she brings from her practical experience in global firms and she challenges her students to think beyond their tasks and see how to drive real value for their organizations.

Helping Students Be Successful

Olga teaches her students the latest Human Resources strategies and tactical methods with most relevant real-life examples and hands-on exercises. She is readily available via email and virtual office hours to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer insights from her professional experience.
