Charlynn Escobar is a career human resources executive with over 35 years of experience in developing and implementing strategy for corporate, start-up and nonprofit organizations. She incorporates a unique combination of business and HR expertise to build support for organizations’ strategic goals.

Education

Charlynn earned her bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications from Metropolitan State University. Additionally, she earned a master’s degree in International Human Resources from the University of Denver and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Charlynn currently consults with organizations from start-up phase to large scale corporations in mergers & acquisitions, global leadership development, organizational realignment, recruitment strategy, employee engagement, strategic change management and employee development

Motivation for Teaching

As a leader in employee development at all levels of an organization, Charlynn carries this passion into teaching to further the growth of the next generations of leadership, both within individual positions and leadership roles. She takes a direct interest in the success of students within their education and career so they can meet their individual goals.
