Tal is an award-winning executive with over three decades of extensive experience in strategic transformation and people-centric innovation. He harnesses insights in technology, behavioral change, skill building, and human motivation to re-envision the status quo. He understands why initiatives often fall short and how to bridge that gap to accelerate actual impact.

Tal’s approach blends science-backed methods with a practical, plain-English style that moves beyond theory to create lasting change. From leadership and team dynamics to understanding the opportunities and impact of AI, every experience is tailored so teams can find their own tailwind. Tal designs and leads AI Academies for business executives across the U.S., Europe, Asia and Middle East. At these programs, Tal helps participants understand AI and identify the most relevant use cases for teams and organizations.

Tal holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University at Albany.

Professional Background

Tal spent 30 years as a client-serving partner and then Chief Learning Officer at EY, where he served clients big and small, complex and simple, global and local. Tal was sought after to design and lead transformation efforts, launch new programs and initiatives, and as an expert in motivation and behavior change. Tal’s thought leadership has been featured at numerous conferences, symposiums and in newsletters and publications such as Harvard Business Review.
