New Graduate Student Scholarship

University College is expanding our scholarship programs and offering a New Graduate Student Scholarship, a one-time $750 scholarship designed to promote access to graduate education at the University of Denver. All University College students who enroll in their first graduate course at University College in the fall 2024 quarter may apply for the scholarship, and the following populations are encouraged to apply.  

• Students from underrepresented populations    
• First-generation students  
• Students employed in the non-profit sector or who are highly engaged in giving to their community  

• Submit the New Graduate Student Scholarship application in its entirety.  
• Enroll as a first-time new graduate student in at least one 4-credit hour class in the fall 2024 quarter.   
• The one-time $750 scholarship will be applied to the student’s fall 2024 quarter bill and covers tuition only (not fees, books, or materials) and will be applied after other funding such as tuition reimbursement.   
• The scholarship applies only to University College graduate-level courses.    

The scholarship application is available below. All applications must be submitted by 12 midnight MT on August 30, 2024. Students will be notified by email shortly after submission of their scholarship application.
