Kay Rudisill

As the Global Learning Operations Director at Oracle, Dr. Kay Rudisill (D.M,. University of Phoenix) leads a virtual global team that handles the program management of internal professional and leadership development solutions across the globe. Dr. Rudisill has an MBA, and a doctorate in Organizational Leadership. She has lived over 20+ years in Europe, where she learned languages and European culture. Her current passion is to enhance awareness and communication effectiveness. Dr. Rudisill lives in the mountains in Colorado, where during her free time she is riding her horse, otherwise, she is attending Aikido seminars, or training on the mat.
